Royal Golf View is approaching the final stages, with the residential blocks well advanced and finishing, infrastructure and external works still being completed. The golf-course setting and serviced-apartment concept are attractive, but the Dec 2026 target may be tight given the outstanding Block C and site works. Our view on Opulent Park
Opulent Park offers apartments and villas in a prime Nyarutarama location, supported by a broad amenity and management package. The developer now indicates a Q4 2027 delivery, later than previously communicated, so the contractual handover date and payment timing deserve close attention.
