Royal Golf View is approaching the final stages, with the residential blocks well advanced and finishing, infrastructure and external works still being completed. The golf-course setting and serviced-apartment concept are attractive, but the Dec 2026 target may be tight given the outstanding Block C and site works. Avida is an early-stage, premium golf-course development with a transparent unit schedule and a December 2028 delivery target. Site preparation is complete and foundation works are underway, but buyers still face a long construction period and should expect availability and pricing to vary by floor.
